Red Earth Homestay new naturist location

Red Earth Homestay is the newest naturist destination in Thailand – and the very first in Krabi. Just 45 minutes from Krabi International Airport – check convenient flights here! It is close to an untouched beach where nudity is possible, offering the perfect balance of privacy, comfort, and natural beauty.

The homestay is owned by Mike and Sala. Mike is originally from the USA and has lived in Thailand for two years. Sala, from Bangkok, is a professional accountant as well as a talented cook and massage and reflexology therapist. She speaks both Thai and English, making every guest feel at home.

The first bungalow was completed in 2025 and is now open for a soft launch on selected weekends in November. Guests can enjoy the independence of their own bungalow while having their friendly hosts right next door. Currently, the green grass around the bungalow is setting roots! Space has already been set aside for more bungalows in the future.

Set amid tropical scenery and dramatic karst mountains, Red Earth Homestay combines peace and tranquility with easy access to restaurants, hot springs, caves, and lively local markets.

“We can take you to a secluded beach only a few locals know,” Mike says. “It’s just six minutes away. There’s only one way in, and we’ll ensure your privacy. We can even pack you a lunch or a snack for the day.”

The bungalow has everything you need: a full kitchen with oven, stove, rice cooker, refrigerator, and kitchenware, plus a washing machine with detergent available from Sala. For those who prefer not to cook, authentic Thai meals are available at local restaurants nearby.

The calm of the location is part of the attraction, but guests who want more to do can enjoy massage, learn Thai cooking, or join workshops on making herbal soaps, oils, and lotions with locally grown herbs, fruits, and vegetables.

And of course, this is Krabi – you will have caves to explore, wild monkeys to see, elephants to help care for, diving and snorkeling, jungle treks, island trips, and visits to remarkable Buddhist temples.

The website is at redearthhomestay.com

The homestay is also bookable on Airbnb.com – but since Mike and Sala are NAT members, why not contact them directly? Their membership is here!

How to get there: I suggest to check www.rome2rio.com

Technically, the address is: 163 Village No. 6, Nong Thale Subdistrict, Mueang Krabi District, Krabi 81000, Thailand. But don’t expect that a taxi driver will say: “Oh, I know where that is!”

“We had to go to the land office to get a house number from the village leader since we are the only house on the gravel road!” Mike tells.

However, this will help you:  This is the google maps link  – and this is the apple maps link.

Sala: “I am happy we are now ready for you!”

The “secret beach” is six minutes away!
