No pre-travel Covid test from 1 April

From 1 April 2022, pre-travel Covid tests for travelers to Thailand will no longer be needed.

This is how you can now go to Thailand for your NATCON participation!

For any of the current three entry schemes – TEST & GO, Sandbox, and Alternative Quarantine (AQ) – you will no longer need to show proof of a negative RT-PCR test within 72 hours prior to your departure.

To visit Thailand, all travelers are required to register through Thailand Pass (https://tp.consular.go.th/). Register online no later than 7 days before departure.

Points of entry are Don Mueang, Suvarnabhumi, Phuket, Krabi, Samui, Chiang Mai, U-Tapao, and Hat Yai. By land you can arrive at Nong Khai, Udon Thani, Songkhla, and Satun.

The period of stay in Sandbox schemes has been reduced from 7 days to 5 days.

Other requirements remain the same.
