Sounds interesting! I wonder if the project is still in planning (or construction) stage or had them been already built? Heard too much about projects go sour half built in Thailand.

    Hello Johnny

The project is in the planning stage and gathering interest. I require to find a minimum of 4 people who would like to be residents, only when we attract the 4 residents and confirm sufficient funding will the project go ahead. The land for the project has been divided into 2 sections, enabling a smaller project to take place and be seen through to completion. My residence is already built on the land and I am confident it will go ahead.

Visit my wall to view 2 proposed layouts of the bungalows. I have space to build a total of 10 bungalows, in the form of 6 x 1 bedroom models, 3 x 2 bedroom models and 1 x 2 bedroom model on a large plot.

    Comments welcome.
