Record breaking beach trip
Sunday 27 January 2019 a total of 36 naturists joined the regular end-of-the-month beach trip. That is a new record for participation – last record was in November 2017 when 31 naturists joined the trip.
The wind was rather strong, 15 knots coming from North East. The waves were 2 feet tall and rolling from same direction as the wind. We know that direction creates big waves on our beach and makes it difficult to land. It also pushes floating garbage up on the beach.
To make our trip even more complicated, the tide was culminating at 9 am – as we arrived – and our regular spot under the small trees was under water. So we settled at the navy soldiers place near the toilet building instead. Some participants found other spots on higher grounds.
As usual, the day was spent chatting away, shooting selfies, walking along the beach and playing in the strong waves.
Going back in the afternoon, the tide had come down, but the wind was still strong and the boat drivers – yes, we had to go by two boats – had to slalom through the peaks and valleys of the seas while spraying seawater drenched the passengers.
Wonderful Achievement for NAT ! Glad everyone had fun . The strong winds and waters did not stop them.
Looking at the picture taken on the beach, it really shows unity in naturism !
Amazing……..
Great to see, looking forward to joining the beach trip April 28.
So you will be back then! Good. See you!
Great…
