What Is Included in Your Natcon27 Package

Your Natcon27 package price is more than just the cost of your room. It is an all-inclusive conference package covering your accommodation, meals and the Natcon27 programme for the duration of your selected stay.

Your package includes:

✓ Accommodation for the number of nights selected when booking

✓ All meals during your stay — including the breakfasts, lunches and dinners specified in the Natcon27 programme

✓ Natcon27 conference activities and programme events included in the official schedule

✓ Entertainment and organised activities included in the Natcon27 programme

✓ Other standard costs associated with participating in the Natcon27 programme, unless specifically stated otherwise

The following are NOT included:

✗ Transportation to and from the resort, including transfers between Bangkok and the resort

✗ Alcoholic beverages

✗ Personal services and personal expenses

✗ Optional activities, services or purchases that are not specifically listed as included in the Natcon27 programme

✗ Any other expenses not specifically mentioned as an inclusion

In simple terms

Once you have booked your Natcon27 accommodation package, you do not need to pay separately for your regular meals or for the conference activities included in the programme.

Your additional budget should primarily cover transportation, alcoholic beverages, personal expenses and anything outside the stated Natcon27 inclusions.

Photography & Privacy

We respect the privacy of our members.

If you do not wish your photograph to be published on the NAT website, Natcon webpage, social media or other NAT promotional channels, you can indicate this when registering for Natcon27.

While we will make every reasonable effort to respect your preference, Natcon27 is a social event where photography may take place. Please also respect the privacy of other participants and do not photograph or publish images of other members without their permission.

If you have any questions about what is or is not included in your particular package, please contact the Natcon27 organising team before completing your booking.

Refund policy / Cancellation policy

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to offer flexibility with the option to receive refunds in cash or in NATCoins, the unique digital currency of Naturist Association Thailand. Please ensure you review and understand these terms when considering cancellations.

Refund:

• Before 31 March: 100%
• 1 – 14 April: 50% (or 70% in NATCOINS)
• 15 April and onwards: 0%
