Hello,
I am back in Bangkok for a few weeks, I like to try to run at weekends (though the heat slows me down and considerably reduces how far I can run). Does anyone know if there is a safe a quiet area where I could run that is near to Barefeet resort? It would be very refreshing to be able to finish there, shower, have a drink, and relax poolside before heading home. I would want between 3 and 5 miles, probably. I have looked at maps and not seen any parks, and was told that the lake is no longer accessible.

We just discovered a big park a short car ride from here where running is great.
